The protection of the privacy of our users and customers is very important to us. Therefor we do everything to ensure the protection against any act of unauthorized access of this data. We collect personal data to ensure the quality and funding of the our services.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will try to alert you about any changes by updating the "Last update" date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.

1. How data is being collect

Data is collected when,
  • you use DES services or websites and
  • you communicate with us.

2. What types of data is being collected

If you contact us, we can process your mail address and other personal data you decide to provide us.

If you have decided to send us your CV, we may process personal data included in your CV, such as your first name, last name, postal address, education, qualification, experience, and mail address/telephone number. We need to collect this information to be able to evaluate your application. After the hiring process, data which is not necessary anymore will be deleted.

Usage statistics and crash reports (Mobile apps only):
  • Usage statistics and crash reports is being collected to ensure the quality of our services.
Advertising (Mobile apps only):
  • In order to allow us to fund the development, some services use AdMob. AdMob is a service from Google which is used to show advertisements in some free services. AdMob collects data and uses a unique identifier on your device (This can be disabled but will impact the relevancy of ads shown to you) to show relevant ads for you.
  • In compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), users in the European Economic Area will be shown a message popup asking for their consent.

Payments are processed on external services. We do not process payment data except data mentioned above.

3. Legal basis for the processing of data

We are allowed to process your personal data based on the following legal bases:

    • If applicable, you will be able to provide consent or withdrawal of the consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
  • The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract:
    • Processing is required for the purpose of delivering payed services and goods to you.
  • The processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests (except where your rights override those):
    • Our legitimate interests include the necessity to analyze the demand for our products, the protection against privacy and
      • the legitimate interest of hiring you (Regarding personal data from your CV).

4. Who has access to your personal data

We do not sell nor disclose personal data to unauthorized 3rd parties.

We will only disclose your personal data to 3rd parties when we obliged to do so pursuant to applicable law.

Our contracting partners, services providers and affiliated entities only if it is necessary to provide you the service you want to use:
  • We use the following data processor services:
    • Google (AdMob, Google Play) [Mobile Apps only]
    • Our developers and external team members and consultants.
    • External persons providing us with accounting and legal services.

5. What are your rights and how can you exercise them

That you are able to execute your rights regarding your personal data is very important to us. We promise to do our best to meet requests regarding personal data from you. You have the following rights regarding your data:
  • The right to get necessary information about the processing of your data.
  • The right to demand a correction of inaccurate data and the right to be notified when such corrections have being made.
  • The right of deletion of personal data from our databases if it is no longer required to be stored or when you revoke your consent of the processing of your personal data.
  • The right to object to processing of personal data based on our legitimate interests.

6. Cookies (Mobile apps only)

Cookies – small files stored in your device that contain data related to your activity on our service – are being used for advertising purposes. You can change your cookie settings inside our mobile apps.

7. Links to websites from other providers

Our services and websites could contain links redirecting to websites from other providers, to which this privacy policy does not apply. If those providers process personal data, you need to read their privacy policies.

8. 16 or under

Data will not be processed for children of age 16 or under except a legal guardian has agreed to the processing of personal data for his/her child.
